Charles E. Rohde, P.E., Board Chairman
Former President and Chief Executive Officer, Chuck Rohde, now serves as Rohde Brother's Board Chairman, ensuring that the company's past heritage and values remain a strong underpinning for fourth-generation management to build upon.
Charles "Chuck" Rohde joined the firm in 1956 and has since been associated with the company continuously except for when he attended the College of Electrical Engineering at The University of Wisconsin-Madison and was an infantry officer in the U.S. Army. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Registered Designer of both Plumbing and HVAC Systems. Chuck is a Licensed Master Plumber and is certified by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) to be a Balancing Supervisor of both Air and Water Systems. He was an eight-year member of the State Board of Examiners for Architects, Engineers, Designers and Land Surveyors.
Chuck has been active in both local and industry associations, holding numerous offices and positions, including:
State President for the National Certified Pipe Welding Bureau, Chairman of the Mechanical Trades Division of the Wisconsin Chapter of Associated Building Contractors, President of Wisconsin Associated General Contractors Sub-Contractor Division, President of the Northeast Wisconsin American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, President of the Plymouth, WI Chamber of Commerce, and current Officer or past Officer positions with numerous other associations and societies.
Michael E. Rohde, MSPE – President
Mike Rohde is President of Rohde Brothers and is the catalyst behind redefining the company into an industrial and commercial engineering solutions provider.
Mike holds a Master’s of Mechanical Engineering degree from The University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a Wisconsin Registered Professional Engineer and is also a Certified Geothermal Designer. He is a graduate of the Trane Company’s HVAC Sales Engineering School at LaCrosse, and he has extensive education, training and field experience in HVAC systems and the control of those systems. Mike also is trained in and has extensive experience with the latest version of AutoCAD. Mike is a certified pipe welder and is the Quality Control Manager of Rohde Brothers ASME Certified Pipe Welding Program. Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin Specialty (Sub) Contractors.
